Default Move the first fow enemies 2 steps back

I cannot find a good reason to put them SO close to the players spawn point.
Of course entering parties have to move carefull, but sometimes the right enemy group is just 1 step out of aggro range, and one single lagging player can make the party die.

Move back behind the ghost when you first enter. they usually wont come close enough as to aggro you then and you can gather your team and then fight
